Rooted in experience.
Open to new horizons.
I'm Raquel Anallie Tello. My professional journey began in maritime shipping, where ships, cargo, documentation and people come together. Today, I'm building a new chapter in Germany — bringing my experience, languages and perspective with me.

Professional experience.
A life across cultures.
“Every chapter adds a different perspective.”
I built my career in the maritime sector in Guayaquil, Ecuador, with more than a decade in vessel operations, shipping documentation and coordination across ports and stakeholders.
My life has also taken me through Italy, the United States and now Germany. These experiences have shaped the way I communicate, adapt and connect with people from different backgrounds.
I'm a wife and mother of three. Family, learning and professional ambition are all part of who I am. This space brings those dimensions together without reducing any one of them to a job title.

A foundation built over time.
Where my experience comes from.

Business & maritime studies

A life shaped by places and people.
From growing up in Italy and building a maritime career in Ecuador to family life in the United States and Germany, my story is about continuity as much as change.
As a mother of three, I also know that professional journeys don't always follow a straight line. I value the experience I've built and look forward to reconnecting with the maritime sector as my next chapter develops.
